What is your return policay, Can I have a refund?"No. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to return an item, we will issue you store credit that can be used towards the website at any time. RETURNS POLICY - We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original condition with original tags attached for a store credit or an exchange (only for domestic purchasers) within 14 days after date of delivery. All item(s) will undergo a detailed inspection once received. If the item(s) tags or hygienic liners are removed, your return will be automatically denied and mailed back to the customer. Please note, if any returned item(s) is damaged or soiled upon our inspection, or does not meet our outlined standards for return, then the item(s) will automatically be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense and a refund/exchange/store credit will not be issued.

Do you provide return labels?No, we do not offer return labels as returns are made at the customers own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost-efficient shipping method.

Can I Cancel My Order?No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.

Why has My Order Been Cancelled?Sometimes our items sell out very quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancelation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item. In other cases, we will notify you if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.

What should I do if I recieved an incorrect or faulty item?We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email to info@shoplolatee.com within 24 hours of receiving your package with your order number and picture proof of both the incorrect/faulty item as well as the packing slip. Failure to report a faulty item within 6 hours of receiving your package will result in our inability to replace the item.
